Position Overview
Are you a driven sales professional ready to elevate your career in an Account Executive-style role? Based on-site in our NYC office, Tenth Revolution Group (formerly Frank Recruitment Group) is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic 360, full-desk team. In this role, you will focus on the placement of Cloud Technology professionals while building strong client relationships and managing the complete recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Formulate strategies to grow your client base and implement targeted sales plans.
- Facilitate in-depth client meetings to understand needs and tailor recruitment approaches.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Manage the entire candidate recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to arranging interviews, salary negotiation, and closing placements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales experience is required, with cold calling experience preferred.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong ability to develop and nurture relationships at all levels of an organization.

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation Range:$49,000 base salary with commission potential in Year 1 (Total: $49,000-$65,000*). Earnings are uncapped and performance driven.
