Job Description

Position Overview

Qvest US is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics practitioner to lead its US Data & Analytics practice. In this role you will drive technical strategy, business development, team leadership, and project delivery while working closely with internal teams and clients to identify business needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Management & Business Development: Oversee practice revenue and annual budgets, partner with vendors, leadership, and sales teams to identify customer opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Practice Management: Develop and evangelize the practice’s internal and external presence, manage day-to-day operations including resource allocation, budgeting, and overall profit and loss.
  • Project Delivery: Architect solutions, produce documentation, and lead project teams through core phases from requirements gathering to deployment while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a consulting or data-focused role with expert-level SQL experience on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, or Fabric.
  • 3+ years’ experience in professional services and pre-sales as a Data Architect.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) along with experience in relational database and data warehouse design.
  • 10+ years of project management, process implementation, and system integration in an Agile environment with a proven track record in consulting business development and a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry or adjacent sectors.
  • Understanding of current key AI trends and the AI landscape as it relates to Data & Analytics.
  • Prior work experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, PWC) and familiarity with automating data tasks using programming languages.
