Job Description

Position Overview

X-Ray Technologist in the Clinic Ops department. This is a Full Time role located at 1321 S. Rainbow Blvd., Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Reports to the Regional Clinic Manager.

We are searching for a detail oriented Radiologic Technologist to play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality imaging that supports exceptional patient care. You’ll work closely with patients to ensure comfort and safety, operate advanced X-ray equipment, and produce precise images that help physicians make informed decisions.

Compensation: $24.00 - $31.00 / hour

This role requires daily onsite work at the designated location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret referring orders to determine required imaging, confirming details with patients to align with physician directives and clinical history.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring comfort, obtaining consent, and positioning them correctly for optimal imaging.
  • Operate and adjust X-ray equipment to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in compliance with radiology protocols, certification standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Evaluate images for clarity and adequacy prior to patient departure, retaking as necessary to reduce call rates and minimize unnecessary radiation exposure.
  • Provide appropriate radiation shielding and follow all HIPAA, safety, and harassment prevention protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and routine maintenance of equipment and exam rooms, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Monitor, stock, and order radiologic supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate’s degree or certificate).
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
  • Active unrestricted state licensure through Nevada State Health Division.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proficiency in operating X-ray and imaging equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and anatomy.
  • Understanding of radiation safety principles and protective measures.
