Our Engineering & Supply Chain Rotational Development Program seeks top talent to catalyze positive change, lead critical projects, and maximize value by working across various functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement engineering best practices and analyze processes to drive operational improvements.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and infrastructure reliability.
- Engage in immersive assignments across multiple functional areas and geographical locations.
- Collaborate in roles including Production/Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Technical Service, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship experience in your engineering discipline.
- Legal right to work in the United States without any employment restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with initiative, agility, and adaptability.
- A continuous improvement mindset with creative problem-solving skills and drive for change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (expected within the first 24 months).
- Experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and managing high hazard process safety.
