Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales & Client Success Representative drives revenue for Flight Stars by closing incoming leads and expertly guiding prospects through every stage of the sales process. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and social media, maintain the CRM with proactive data input, and coordinate student onboarding—from exam scheduling to instructor hand-off. Compensation: $36,000 base + Performance Incentives (monthly/quarterly) with total potential annual earnings up to $90,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an outstanding client engagement experience by identifying pain points and presenting the right solutions.
  • Close sales opportunities for both multiengine training and time building.
  • Master the sales cycle across multiple channels including inbound calls, website inquiries, and social media interactions.
  • Drive both volume (daily sales metrics) and value to achieve revenue growth.
  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to high retention, referrals, and future opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels while booking quality appointments and closing leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline tracking while inputting key performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager to align customer acquisition strategies.
  • Promote Flight Stars at events and through digital channels to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets with effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Notion CRM systems and excellent organizational skills.
  • General aviation knowledge with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales literature such as "The 10x Rule," "Nine Figure Mindset," "Beyond Positive Thinking," and "Sell or Be Sold."
  • Experience participating in sales training workshops like the Cardone Venture Essential Workshops.
