Position Overview
Meta is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a Sales Specialist - AI for our strategic clients in the US. In this role, you will focus on growing our AI initiatives for mid and large-sized clients by driving growth and adoption of new AI solutions. You will build strong relationships with key decision makers, develop strategic client plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives and offer AI solutions that meet their needs.
- Leverage AI platform initiatives and engage internal specialist teams or partners to build additional AI solutions.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by developing strategic client plans, reviewing forecasts, assessing risks, and removing blockers.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures to drive measurable outcomes using AI.
- Build strong client relationships and establish trust with high-level decision makers across various departments.
- Engage support and engineering teams to address issues, determine root causes, and enhance overall AI experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for scaling client-facing activities and building global playbooks on best practices for AI implementation.
- Actively seek client feedback and communicate internal improvement opportunities to close feature gaps.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and develop strategies to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the overall development of the sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Executive maturity with experience in building trust with key decision makers and articulating business value.
- Proven ability to lead and drive the entire sales cycle while orchestrating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems.
- Experience working autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional enterprise sales experience.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the AI space.
- Background in performance measurement in AI, SaaS/CPaaS, CRM, or Marketing Technology.
- Proven track record of creating value propositions for new solutions and driving client adoption.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $166,000/year to $232,000/year + bonus + equity. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
