Educo Solutions Inc., a respected business consulting organization of AT&T, is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented AT&T Door-to-Door Customer Advisors to join our expanding team in Austin. In this role, you will be the key point of contact bringing AT&T’s innovative telecommunications services directly to potential customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with residents in Austin through door-to-door outreach to introduce and sell AT&T's range of services.
  • Develop a strong understanding of AT&T's product portfolio and effectively communicate its benefits and value.
  • Identify individual customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T service packages.
  • Build instant rapport and establish trust with community members through friendly, informative, and professional interactions.
  • Present AT&T's services confidently, answer questions, and address concerns to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Guide potential customers through the enrollment process for a seamless and positive experience.
  • Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within your assigned Austin territory.
  • Distribute AT&T marketing materials and participate in local community engagement activities as needed.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest AT&T service offerings, promotions, and campaign details.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Educo Solutions Inc. team by sharing successful sales strategies and insights from the field.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or a customer-facing role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with a professional demeanor.
  • Must be a resident of the Austin metropolitan area or have an in-depth understanding of the local community.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required by the door-to-door nature of the role.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications services and a strong aptitude for learning and sales.
