Position Overview
Our client in Concord, NH is seeking an immediate Call Center Representative to support the medical industry. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and help resolve their account issues. The position is TEMP TO HIRE with regular work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers as the first point of contact.
- Answer questions regarding customer accounts and assist with account issues.
- Identify customer needs and resolve problems effectively.
- Perform routine call center activities related to business products and services.
- Utilize provided tools to guide customer conversations.
- Communicate important information in a warm, empathetic manner.
- Gather and update customer profile and account information.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year in a related role (Entry Level).
- Skills: Proficiency in call center support, active listening, follow-up, customer service, typing, empathy, Microsoft Office, adapting to change, and CRM systems.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Approximately $15.75 - $17 per hour.
