Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Specialist II, Talent Enablement role is responsible for driving global recruiting process alignment, building engaged talent pipelines, and increasing recruiting efficiency at Arrow. This role partners with various teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience across global operations while leveraging systems like ATS (Workday) and Phenom CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Recruiting Process Alignment, Improvement & Automation by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation to enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
  • Engage Talent Pipelines by leveraging Phenom CRM, media channels, and employer brand strategies to build and sustain pipelines aligned with Arrow’s hiring needs.
  • Enhance Recruiting Efficiency by collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HRSC, and other partners to design scalable recruiting practices and promote global system adoption.
  • Support Employer Brand & Candidate Experience through innovative outreach, special hiring initiatives, and cost-effective campaigns in partnership with Creative Services and Marketing.
  • Enable Systems & Technology by serving as a functional expert for ATS (Workday), Phenom CRM, and emerging recruiting technologies.
  • Manage Vendor & Media relationships by overseeing recruitment media partners (LinkedIn, Indeed, Appcast, OCC, etc.) to ensure alignment with Arrow’s employer brand and ROI.
  • Interpret Recruiting Data by collaborating with business leaders to report actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
