In this entry-level, on-site position, the Customer Service Rep will be the face of the company, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products, and services.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy.
  • Accurately process orders received over-the-counter, phone, fax, and email in a timely manner.
  • Receive and process payments for Will Call customers (cash, debit, etc.).
  • Answer multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Engage in face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Go the extra mile to adapt and meet various customer requirements.
  • Manage customer database records and file documents accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of office support or customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated critical and independent thinking skills.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle difficult situations.
  • Basic proficiency in reading and performing simple mathematical calculations.
