Position Overview
ABM is hiring a motivated and experienced Call Center Operator to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day call center operations, collaborate with a team of customer service representatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3:00am - 12:00pm PST
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day call center operations to ensure efficiency and quality performance.
- Collaborate with a team of customer service representatives to achieve service goals.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while meeting company standards.
- Adhere to policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
