IT Support Specialist
Location: Oklahoma City
Salary: $60 – $70k year

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site technician for daily desktop, laptop, and device support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, Windows OS, application, and connectivity issues
  • Respond to and prioritize support requests to minimize downtime
  • Build, image, and configure workstations and peripherals
  • Assist with Microsoft ecosystem migrations including O365, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Support rollout of cloud-based tools and modern authentication
  • Identify opportunities for automation using scripting or deployment tools
  • Create and maintain SOPs and system documentation
  • Communicate technical updates to non-technical staff
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for escalations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
  • Proven experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, Windows OS, and business applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, OneDrive, or cloud migration projects
  • Experience imaging devices, managing workstation inventories, and maintaining standards
  • Strong written communication skills to create SOPs, documentation, and handoffs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and balance day-to-day support with modernization initiatives
  • Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work on-site full time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, batch)
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM
  • Background in desktop support combined with modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of endpoint security hardening and identity best practices
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to modernization projects
