Cleanroom Production Operator

Position Overview

Cleanroom Production Operator – A manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking skilled Cleanroom Assemblers across multiple shifts. This role involves assembling both simple and complex devices in a controlled cleanroom environment, requiring a high level of attention to detail and strict adherence to procedural documentation.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble simple and complex devices.
• Operate automated assembly equipment.
• Document final and in-process procedures accurately.
• Package and label final products.
• Regularly read and follow work procedures and assembly drawings.
• Verify products using checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and production.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical assembly skills.
• Attention to detail in packaging and inspection.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wiring and soldering.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes.
• General labor experience in a manufacturing setting.
