Position Overview

Join Uline's dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role offers Pay from $22 to $27 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Located at the Reno Branch (8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506), you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service from our call center. Work the onsite shift Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and secure your future with a market-leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in our collaborative call center using state-of-the-art technology.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
• Guide customers in navigating Uline’s website and assist them with online ordering.
• Become an expert on our product offerings to address questions on product, pricing, and shipping swiftly and confidently.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success.
• Must be available for an initial 6-week training at Uline's other North American locations.
