And this is our Influencer Marketing Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
Tasks in the role
- Brainstorm new and creative approaches for robust influencer marketing tactics in the digital marketing space to support brand visibility.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.
- Liaise with other internal marketing teams to create and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns/strategies to support successful metrics across different channels.
- Manage, track, and analyze progress on multiple projects and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure alignment with required goal settings.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end collaborations and communications with industry-related influencers.
- Work with external influencer marketing agencies; share brief ideas, manage communication and work deliverables.
- Actively be on the lookout for new, potential co-creative partnership opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background knowledge of SEO/Digital Marketing and their trending topics.
- Holds a strong portfolio with astonishing results from previous influencer projects.
- You know how to work autonomously and on multiple different projects at a time, all while keeping track of the details of each. A true project manager.
- You’re a self-starter who proactively pitches ideas to internal and external teams.
- You’re an intuitive collaborator with experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders. You know when to bring people together and when to take the lead.

- You have experience in B2B influencer marketing
- Have a passion for, or are proficient in, digital marketing
- Have experience working with international Influencers

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will act and be a part of our small in-house agency that supports multiple projects and campaigns across the whole marketing team. You will work closely with the Growth & Brand teams to deliver a seamless influencer plan, developing and strengthening brand awareness. Your role will be a key asset in supporting various campaigns and launches.
You will also be directly responsible for building trust with influencer relationships and finding new creative partnerships that align with our company's mission and goals.
