As an Electrical Engineer, you will design, build, and test high-performance sensor, actuator, power conversion, safety, and control systems. You’ll own projects from initial design through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Skunkworks-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly reliable electrical systems and components for enrichment technology.
  • Conduct systems trades, requirements capture, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, prototyping, debugging, documentation, manufacturing planning, and production testing.
  • Create development and qualification testing campaigns to rigorously exercise designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, manufacturable, and reliable while challenging assumptions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability through prior projects, portfolio work, or completed products.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems architecture, circuit design, PCBA layout, and/or harness design.
  • Ability to perform trade studies and make clear recommendations using first principles and core engineering fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced engineering environments requiring a resourceful, entrepreneurial approach.
  • 3+ years of design experience in power electronics (including relevant academic projects).
  • Proven background in developing new hardware, firmware development, electromagnetic simulation, or electromechanical integration.
  • Ability to quickly learn new analysis methodologies, simulation tools, and circuit topologies.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards in technical documentation and proactive communication.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $90,000–$105,000 annually, with eligibility for long-term incentives such as stock options.
  • Benefits: Access to comprehensive medical, vision & dental coverage.
