Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee – Located in Chicago, IL, this full-time, in-person role starts immediately. We’re hiring! Our Chicago-based team is looking for a motivated individual to launch a career in face-to-face sales. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in customer acquisition, team collaboration, and performance-based growth. Key Responsibilities
- Face-to-Face Sales: Engage with customers at retail locations, community events, and promotional setups—sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and closing sales.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service and build long-term customer relationships through professional interactions.
- Sales & Performance: Work toward daily and weekly sales goals with uncapped commission and performance-based incentives.
- Leadership Development: Begin training in how to lead, coach, and support team members as you progress into management.
- Event & Display Setup: Assist with the setup of branded displays, signage, and promotional areas to enhance visibility.
- Sales & Marketing Exposure: Gain practical experience in sales & marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and brand promotion.
Required Qualifications
