Retention Call Center Agent - No Sales Experience Required

Position Overview

Join EchoStar's award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team and drive customer decisions by consulting on the value of our cutting-edge products and services. This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. Enjoy a Non-Negotiable Base Pay of $20.50/hour plus uncapped commission, with 1st Year On-Target Earnings up to $68,000. Paid full-time training is provided – no prior sales experience required.

• Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
• Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
• Bounce back from challenging calls and remain focused on long-term goals
• Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain lasting relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work full-time on-site with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Smartphone/device with an active network connection
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screen (may include a drug test and DMV check)
