Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to lead a team of marketing professionals and accelerate growth across a key territory. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Manage and grow relationships with key manufacturing accounts, including major plants and industrial facilities.
- Drive the entire marketing cycle, from pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align marketing goals with promotional activities and product launches.
- Utilize data and analytics to forecast marketing, measure team performance, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
