Position Overview
Join Hybrid as a Paid Media Executive and work on meaningful paid marketing campaigns for our Higher Education clients. This permanent, full-time position is based in Location: Philadelphia. At Hybrid – the global growth engine for education – you will take ownership of optimising paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of optimising paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns across global higher education accounts.
- Manage large-scale, high-budget campaigns and deliver real value through high-performance strategies.
- Develop high-quality analysis and reports to simplify data for key stakeholders.
- Plan, write, and launch innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Ensure disciplined daily management of all paid media activities and track digital KPI’s effectively.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with platforms such as Google and Facebook.
- Produce detailed client reports and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee time keeping, budgeting, and the use of in-house management software.
- Optimise client advertising campaigns using market-leading technologies.
- Support the Digital Director with research, insights, and effective cross-channel media strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Good technical knowledge of Paid Search and Social, with hands-on experience in Google Ads (GA4) and Facebook Ads.
- A genuine passion for media and marketing paired with a strong work ethic.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with excellent Excel skills.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour.
