Vegas Ink and Toner is a highly technologically advanced local business, with AI-based software built in-house for purchasing and inventory management. We're hoping to expand the app to work more efficiently. We're also launching our web store shortly to expand our digital reach.

We're looking for someone to add an amazing human touch to all of this, so our customers continue to feel connected.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the front line between our customers and our team - handling orders, resolving issues, and building the kind of relationships that keep accounts coming back. This is a phone-and-email-heavy role in a fast-moving B2B environment.

Our business hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri. An ideal candidate will work full-time during our normal hours, but we're happy to consider part-time for the right fit.

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding orders, inventory, and account questions
• Process orders accurately
• Ensure all orders are delivered or shipped accurately and on-time
• Maintain account records and update CRM accordingly
• Get the daily delivery route ready for the driver
• Send invoices and process payments
• Receive products accurately
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales to resolve fulfillment issues
• Identify upsell and reorder opportunities and pass leads to Sales
• Support and dispatch contract accounts to Service or Sales
• Other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for-

• 2+ years of customer service experience, B2B preferred
• Strong phone and email presence - professional, clear, and confident
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry and follow-through habits
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
