Job Description
Position Overview
Sherloq Revenue is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clients, comply with HIPAA and State Consumer Protection Laws, establish contact with consumers to discuss repayment options, record accurate notes, update account status, meet performance goals, assist in building a positive team environment, and arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clients.
- Comply with HIPAA and State Consumer Protection Laws.
- Establish contact with consumers to discuss ability/willingness to pay to identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them.
- Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and consumer's information into the FACS computer system, fill out accurate forms and update the clients system, if required.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
- Assist in building a positive team environment.
- Arrive punctual prior to the start of your scheduled shift; schedule time off in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers via email and on the floor.
- Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the floor.
- Self-motivated individual with strong customer service attitude.
- Computer, communication and math skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of customer service and/or medical collection background is preferred.
