Position Overview

Local Contract Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse - $58 per hour
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract RN PICU in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will deliver specialized care in a pediatric intensive care setting, treating children and adolescents up to age 18 with high-acuity or life-threatening conditions. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other professionals to implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for critically ill children and adolescents in the PICU.
• Monitor and prioritize the treatment of patients with high-acuity conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
• Implement and adjust patient care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with PICU experience.
• Experience working in technologically advanced intensive care environments.
• Availability for a 13-week contract, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts.
• Eligible for local contract assignments in Chicago, IL.
