We are seeking a strategic and driven National Account Manager to oversee and grow client accounts across multiple markets. This leadership role involves managing key relationships, maximizing retention, and expanding services across a national client base.
Location: Remote, DE, Lewes
Compensation: 100% Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients across the U.S.
- Oversee onboarding, support, and retention strategies for key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify upsell opportunities and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Track metrics, report on account health, and drive growth initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
- Proven success in managing and growing high-value accounts
- Excellent communication, organization, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and remote systems
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred
