Job Description
Position Overview
People Operations Manager I is a 6 Months Contract role based in Dallas, TX with a salary range of $46/hr - $50/hr on W2 plus Benefits. In this role, you will support the design, governance, and execution of scalable People Operations processes. You will collaborate with various teams including Centers of Excellence (COEs), regional partners, Tier 2 SMEs, People Ops pod leads, and People Technology teams to build a best-in-class People Operations delivery model and ensure smooth process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End SOP Ownership & Governance:
- Own the development and governance of day-to-day operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all People Ops domains, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
- Drive the creation of fully detailed, end-to-end Draft 2 SOPs within established timelines.
- Partner with Tier 2 SMEs to incorporate country-specific requirements and operational nuances.
- Lead cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify gaps and drive resolution.
- Manage SOP approvals and sign-offs in advance of service rehearsals and go-live milestones.
- Maintain a centralized SOP tracker to monitor status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.
- Develop enablement materials and employee-facing resources to support training and change management.
- Testing Alignment & Process Integrity:
- Update SOPs and supporting documentation within 48 hours of configuration changes identified during end-to-end testing cycles.
- Collaborate with QA and People Technology teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects system functionality.
- Participate in cross-pod rehearsals to validate process flows and recommend improvements.
- Operational Readiness, Change Adoption & Cutover:
- Drive process readiness for service rehearsals and production cutover.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess freeze-date impacts and coordinate required transaction clean-up activities.
- Ensure a consistent, scalable, and globally aligned People Operations experience across regions.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Program Execution:
- Serve as a primary liaison between Tier 2 teams, Pod Leads, People Technology, and other program workstreams.
- Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and support issue resolution to maintain program momentum.
- Ensure all SOPs, documentation, training, and enablement materials meet high-quality standards and align with the organization’s People Ops operating model vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll
