Position Overview

As an Intern, you will work for a one‐year duration (part‐time while in school), assisting the Brand Manager–President Brand with market research, project management, data analysis, and guiding the product development process in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager–President in managing, monitoring, and developing the President brand of dairy products.
- Support the new product development process and manage several databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct research and report on dairy market trends using data analytics tools to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Aid in the development and tracking of annual marketing budgets.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing programs to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with the development of marketing material, including brief writing and agency management.
- Communicate results clearly while maintaining a disciplined approach to both activity and attitude.
- Maintain effective, cooperative relationships with Sales & Marketing teams and other company divisions.
- Comply with all Lactalis American Group policies, including those detailed by Legal and Human Resources.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of sales processes and project management fundamentals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
