Position Overview
As a Customer Service Consultant at Market Buzz Promotion, you will leverage your strengths—especially if you’re a former military member or veteran—to deliver exceptional customer support. You will participate in in-house training and on-site guidance while developing transferable skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and advancing your career quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Apply transferable business skills in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service.
- Participate in recruitment and assist in team leadership initiatives.
- Support client and consumer relations and contribute to business development training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Available to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
