Job Description

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant at Market Buzz Promotion, you will leverage your strengths—especially if you’re a former military member or veteran—to deliver exceptional customer support. You will participate in in-house training and on-site guidance while developing transferable skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and advancing your career quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Apply transferable business skills in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service.
  • Participate in recruitment and assist in team leadership initiatives.
  • Support client and consumer relations and contribute to business development training.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years' customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Available to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
