Network Engineer - Entry Level - San Antonio, TX

Position Overview

Aston Technologies is seeking talented individuals to launch their career as a Network Engineer in the IT industry. This role begins with an on-site training program designed to build and test your technical abilities, develop strong professional skills, and familiarize you with the technologies used in the field. Training starts on February 16, 2026, leading to on-project assignments where you will work on client network infrastructure and security projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Solve technical challenges, document solutions, and resolve technical faults.
• Collaborate with project teams while working on client network infrastructure and security projects nationwide.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 100%, including nationwide travel and relocation to client sites (all on-project travel costs covered).
• General understanding of basic computer terminology with a strong passion for learning.
• Basic proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle for transportation.
