Management Trainee - Ecommerce Sales

Position Overview

The Trainee – Ecommerce Sales will directly report to the Sr. Ecommerce Manager at Shop LC. In this role, you will work closely with the digital sales team to grow Shop LC’s presence across online platforms. You’ll assist in optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities for the eCommerce website ShopLC.com, marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality product listings.
• Monitor sales trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align on promotions.
• Provide data support for reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of online retail and eCommerce trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and eCommerce platforms is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one workplace to another.
• Capability to adjust or move objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
• Endurance to perform repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
