Aircraft Systems Installer/Mechanic A220 (Contract)

Position Overview

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is seeking an Aircraft Systems Installation Mechanic to join our Manufacturing Department based in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for the systems installation of aircraft on the Final Assembly Line, ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical components at the station, work place, or aircraft parking space
• Mark, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, and secure mechanical components and parts
• Inspect bonding as per orders, GTI, drawings, and specifications
• Check system functions
• Perform specialized installations including VTP and HTP installation, hydraulic lines installation, belly fairing and flap installation, air conditioning and fuel system installation, MLG & Tank Test, and Gauging Test

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Aviation Production or equivalent
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training/experience
