Job Description

Position Overview

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Promotional Sales Manager I to join our Strategic Partnerships (STP) team. In this remote role, you will create product awareness to drive conversion and meet new membership sales objectives while operating from a designated home workspace with company‐provided technology equipment. Compensation: $56,700 to $65,000 per year Full-Time Annual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual new business membership goal based on your assigned book of business.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for your assigned territory.
  • Assist with and facilitate pre and post sales as well as promotional activities for existing clients, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive and responsive service to support client growth and retention, including client outreach and quarterly program reviews.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, activity logs, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if using equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in inside sales and developing sales & marketing strategies across channels such as SEM, email, display, and retargeting.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, availability of an automobile for on‐the‐job use, and acceptable credit to qualify for a company American Express Card.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with the ability to travel approximately 20%.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting web analytics to determine sales success.
  • Strong public speaking, verbal, and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
