Job Location: Austin, Texas, United States
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $21.00/hr with Airline Experience - USD
Required Training: Must successfully complete mandatory training modules

Key Responsibilities

• Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, arrivals, and other airport zones.
• Navigate various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
• Interact professionally with high-profile passengers.
• Collaborate with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.

Required Qualifications

• Organized and logical thinker with the ability to make quick, rational decisions
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• At least 18 years of age; high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• English proficient; additional languages, such as Spanish, are a plus
• Computer savvy
