Position Overview
As the Senior Director, Integrated Global Marketing at PayPal, you will lead the full-funnel global campaign strategy across key regions. In this new role, you will architect and govern PayPal’s most important brand, growth, and co-marketing campaigns while driving innovation and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, go-to-market execution, and content creation are aligned to fuel revenue growth and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue goals.
- Lead execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Define, monitor, and optimize performance metrics and KPIs to ensure maximum ROI and pipeline impact.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost-savings and scaling impact.
- Architect and deliver globally integrated campaigns that align with segment priorities and business objectives.
- Own campaign calendars including product launches, growth priorities, partner programs, and major events.
- Create scalable “Campaign in a Box” toolkits for quick regional localization while ensuring message consistency.
- Oversee co-marketing programs with global partners to drive increased merchant engagement and joint pipeline.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing content team and agency partners to develop thought leadership, case studies, and integrated content plays.
- Foster deep cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and other key teams to drive cohesive campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 18+ years of global B2B marketing experience with expertise in integrated campaigns and content strategy.
- Proven track record in building and scaling campaign operations within a global, matrixed organization.
- Expert-level communication skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based ecosystems.
- Background in leading marketing programs within two-sided marketplaces with a focus on partner co-marketing.
- Mastery of funnel performance measurement, campaign attribution, and content influence on revenue.
