As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position is part-time and offers an hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $30. - Conduct data collection and analysis to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and behavior observations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure a supportive therapeutic environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA therapy.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and interventions.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
