Job Summary
Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead their online growth strategies. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, growth hacking techniques, and a proven ability to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated e-commerce and social media marketing strategies to achieve sales and brand awareness goals.
- Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter), including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance analysis.
- Optimize e-commerce website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing programs and strategic partnerships.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored for various social media platforms and e-commerce touchpoints.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase engagement and reach.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and social media metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure brand consistency and optimal user experience across all digital channels.
- Stay current with e-commerce best practices, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing, with a strong focus on driving growth.
- Proven experience: in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience: with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Expertise: in paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding: of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Excellent skills: in creative, copywriting, and visual content creation.
- Data-driven mindset: with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication: and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote setting.
- Experience: with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
