Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Customer Service Associate to drive our outreach efforts for a leading pest control provider. In this role, you’ll serve as both the face and the voice of the brand, helping homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident in the pest protection solutions we deliver. You will build meaningful relationships through in-person interaction, clearly explaining service plans and ensuring homeowners understand exactly how we can help. You will also track leads, update customer information, and maintain detailed records of every conversation, working closely with your team to refine strategies, support follow-up efforts, and meet campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach to homeowners, explaining pest control services and protection options.
- Build meaningful customer relationships by communicating clearly, listening actively, and sharing product knowledge.
- Promote pest control service packages and help prospects sign up for new accounts.
- Track customer data, follow up on leads, and assist in meeting outreach campaign goals.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leaders to refine strategy and improve results.
- Provide post‑engagement support by answering questions and ensuring customers feel confident in their plan.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

- Has prior customer service, field sales, events, or marketing experience (a plus, but not required).
