Position Overview

Prolink is seeking experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Recruiters based in Las Vegas, NV, to join our Operations team. As a recruiter, you will place and retain qualified healthcare talent while providing world class customer service. Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. Please note, candidates must be located in MST or PST time zones. This full-time, remote position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities.
  • Provide a world class experience by initiating contact, maintaining rapport, and offering extraordinary customer service.
  • Source, identify, recruit, and retain qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling potential clients and talent to drive business growth and foster partnerships.
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
  • Strive for continuous improvement, career advancement, and meeting recruiting goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency and a client-centered mentality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) of sales (inside or outside) or customer service experience.
  • Willing and able to work onsite when required.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous working mindset with the ability to multitask in a metric-based environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Competence with various business or technical programs.
  • High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, and alignment with Prolink’s values.
  • Candidate must be located in MST or PST time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of staff recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of healthcare staff recruiting experience.
  • An associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
