Diablo Tools, known as "The Game Changers," is a world leader in cutting tool and power tool accessory solutions. As an Entry Level Sales Role, you will drive revenue by educating key personnel, demonstrating product features, and managing promotions. This position offers a tremendous career track in sales and marketing with world-class, hands-on training, even if you have 0-4 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on the functions and benefits of Diablo products.
- Demonstrate key features and translate them into benefits for consumers.
- Manage inventory levels, promotional items, marketing campaigns, and creatively cross merchandise to increase product placement.
- Organize a strategic and logistical monthly schedule.
- Submit feedback gathered from end user testimonials and analysis.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge of the products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (MUST)
- Valid driver’s license
- 0-4 years of professional experience
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in a sales career
- Recognized work ethic with a proven drive to consistently exceed goals
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiating skills
- Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade, and confidently communicate with customers
