Join our team as an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses, where you’ll leverage our innovative automation and smart security products to help make businesses smarter and people safer. In this role, you will use your strong communication skills to explain our products and services, build relationships with customers, and provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Engage with customers to demonstrate the value of ADT’s smart security and business solutions.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships, converting curious consumers into loyal customers.
- Provide in-depth explanations of products and services, recommending the right solutions for each customer.
- Visit customers at their homes or businesses to deliver personalized solutions.
- Collaborate in a dynamic, competitive environment while meeting sales targets and performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and tech savvy, with a drive to succeed.
- Strong communication and creative skills to effectively demonstrate products and solutions.
- Possess solid business insight and general knowledge of small business industries and technology trends.
- Ability to quickly adapt to competitive and customer needs while prioritizing time effectively.

- A keen curiosity for the latest technology and innovation in smart security.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

- Compensation: Uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks, with potential earnings ranging from $85,000 to over $150,000 based on performance.
