As a Technology Strategy Senior Principal, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping transformative solutions for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market enterprises, and public sector agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technology strategy subject matter expertise and solutioning to our most strategic clients.
• Contribute to business development activities by growing our pipeline and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise technology strategies that align with the client's business objectives.
• Identify and design technology solution options and capabilities, from focused initiatives to enterprise-wide strategies.
• Communicate technical concepts and strategies clearly to CXO-level executives and collaborate with diverse leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to transform vision into action by driving clear, effective plans that deliver accretive financial results.
• Experience leading complex consulting projects, including financial management and AE role responsibilities.
• Over 10 years of delivery experience with relevant certifications in Tech Strategy & CIO Advisory, recognized as a mentor and go-to expert by peers.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted base salary pay range is $178,000 to $217,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
