Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Back Bay, Boston, MA. At Phaidon International, a fast-growing recruitment firm with a heritage dating back to 2004, you will be part of specialized sub-teams from brands like Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, DSJ Global, and LVI Associates. Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Connect with potential clients via telephone, email, or messenger; pitch and negotiate service agreements; maintain and update existing client relationships; and analyze client hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt top talent within your assigned niche and territory; network with both active and passive candidates; and build rapport through cold calling, messaging, and emailing.
• Process Management: Introduce candidates to clients, coordinate interview processes, exchange feedback, negotiate offers, and provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.

• Compensation: $47,500 base salary + uncapped commission (1st year OTE estimated at $75-90k from day one).
