Position Overview
Meta is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for building global brands and a proven track record in developing and executing insights-driven marketing initiatives. In this role within Instagram’s Global Brand Marketing team, you will drive brand strategy and creative development to grow and engage Instagram’s global community. You will be responsible for developing overall strategy and flawlessly executing brand programs and product launches at scale, while collaborating with cross‐functional teams and inspiring a high‐performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of Instagram’s iconic brand and global marketing programs.
- Influence marketing strategy and roadmap through research, testing, insights, and go-to-market strategies.
- Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy including segmentation, targeting, market sizing, media and communications planning, roll-out, and integration with PR, editorial, growth, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver industry-leading marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market plans.
- Develop and support integrated marketing communications efforts across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to provide data-backed insights and optimize strategies.
- Ensure initiatives are built on solid hypotheses with clear success metrics using a test-and-learn approach.
- Partner with creative teams and agency partners to bring strategies to life with quality creative execution.
- Conduct market assessments and leverage quantitative and qualitative feedback to represent user insights internally.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams to achieve clearly defined brand objectives.
- Model collaborative behavior and foster a diverse organization that values different backgrounds and perspectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer products, or brand management at global-scale companies.
- 4+ years of experience in team leadership or cross-functional team management.
- Demonstrated experience developing global strategy and delivering impactful communication and campaigns internationally using data.
- Proven ability to use data to inform strategy and develop go-to-market approaches that drive business outcomes.
- Experience in building mass-market, consumer-centric brands.
- Expertise in executing large-scale or global integrated marketing campaigns across online/offline channels, including both brand-building and acquisition initiatives.
- Experience partnering with external agencies, vendors, and senior leadership, including executive and VP-level stakeholders.
- Collaborative experience with product management, design, analytics, research, and creative teams to drive business results.
- Strong consumer research skills with the ability to drive actionable insights that enhance marketing strategy and consumer experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or product launches simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.

- Compensation: $150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
