Position Overview

Barsys, a trendsetter in cocktail crafting technology, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for our New York City office. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically deploying and managing the marketing budget across major platforms while ensuring a minimum 3.5X ROAS. You will leverage your expertise in online advertising to achieve exceptional results and support our broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Management: Create, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok, aligning campaigns with Barsys’ brand and marketing goals.
  • Budget Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets across platforms to maximize return on investment while maintaining a minimum 3.5X ROAS.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to optimize strategies.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing for various campaign elements to identify the most effective tactics.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media advertising to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that complements broader initiatives.
  • Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Target Audience Engagement: Develop targeted strategies to effectively reach and engage the intended audience.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices in digital advertising.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook, Google, and TikTok advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high ROAS.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
