Position Overview
AUTOKINITON is a Michigan-based family of automotive companies delivering operational excellence, high-quality execution, and customer service. We offer 100% vertical integration with end-to-end engineering, manufacturing, and in-house logistics. As a proud Tier 1 supplier of propulsion-agnostic, structural automotive components worldwide, we are looking for production associates to join our team.
This full-time role is part of our Production team and reports to the Assembly/Press Supervisor. Compensation: Pay up to $19/hr. The position is based at our Detroit, MI Euclid plant—close to downtown attractions including sporting events and cultural hotspots.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and help maintain machinery and equipment
- Perform quality checks and verify product quality
- Feed equipment and tooling with the correct product
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team
- No prior experience required – we will train you!
