The Manager, Advisor Marketing Strategy & Enablement will design and lead Farther's advisor-led growth system. This player-coach role will create structured, repeatable frameworks—including marketing foundations, digital presence standards, and lifecycle playbooks—for advisor practice growth. The role also involves front-line recruiting conversations and close collaboration with other teams to translate firm-level strategies into actionable advisor behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the advisor marketing foundation system, including standards, checklists, and templates for social media profiles, online presence, and local visibility, ensuring a clear blueprint for a strong digital footprint and measurable ROI.
- Build prescriptive, lifecycle- and persona-based advisor growth playbooks covering specific cadences, campaigns, and assets that drive measurable AUM growth.
- Incorporate segment-specific positioning and sales materials (HNW, UHNW, institutional) into advisor playbooks and toolkits to help advisors execute firm strategies in their local markets.
- Own advisor-facing enablement through train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and materials that equip Marketing Associates to act as growth coaches.
- Lead advisor recruiting marketing calls, explaining Farther’s growth and marketing capabilities and addressing detailed inquiries about how advisor marketing drives practice growth.
- Establish and track a clear KPI framework for advisor-led organic growth, including AUM impact, resource adoption, advisor conversion, and overall satisfaction with marketing support.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in advisor marketing, wealth management marketing, or closely related financial advisor growth roles, with direct experience supporting financial advisors or advisory teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement structured advisor growth programs or playbooks that translate best practices into prescriptive, easy-to-execute processes.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading advisor-facing trainings, train-the-trainer sessions, and one-on-one calls to articulate a compelling growth story.
- Data-informed mindset with a track record of defining and tracking KPIs for advisor marketing efforts, such as pipeline, win rates, AUM growth differentials, and resource engagement.
- Familiarity with common advisor marketing tools and platforms, including social networks, Google Business Profile, reviews platforms, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.

- Collaborative operator who thrives on serving as the “last mile” for firm-level strategies, working closely with Integrated Marketing, Recruiting, Advisor Experience, and RIA Leadership to scale a coaching-centric advisor growth model.
