Position Overview

Join our Leadership Excellence Program in Tampa Bay as a Marketing & Client Acquisition Representative – Entry Level. This full‐time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) offers a clear career path with hands-on mentorship, structured training, and leadership development. You'll engage in real-world, in‐person experiences while enjoying a Compensation package of up to $3,500 per week (base salary or commission, whichever is greater).

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with small business owners and represent a Fortune 500 client in a face-to-face setting.
• Engage actively in a hybrid training environment that combines classroom-style learning with real-world experience.
• Participate in daily mentorship sessions and utilize performance incentives like weekly and daily bonuses.

• Maintain clear communication and uphold company standards while working both on the road and from Clearwater, FL.

Required Qualifications

• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in-person from Clearwater, FL.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to learn and lead.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
