Entry Level – Financial Advisor

Position Overview

Equitable Advisors is a respected wealth management firm dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well‐being and pursue long, fulfilling lives. With a diverse team—from recent college graduates to seasoned professionals—you will receive comprehensive training including sponsorship for FINRA registration, guidance on state licensing, and opportunities to earn professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering customized financial strategies.
• Participate in an entry-level training curriculum covering client relationship management, product knowledge, and market development.
• Pursue and attain professional designations and certifications to enhance industry knowledge.
• Engage in diversity initiatives, community programs, and internal networking to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Embrace opportunities to advance into leadership roles through programs like the Leadership Development School.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Ability to commute to Pittsburgh, PA and work in a hybrid remote setting.
• Willingness to pursue FINRA registration and state licensing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and client service skills.
