Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Advertiser / Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our advertising and marketing efforts. This role focuses on promoting our services, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through digital and traditional advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, local listings).
• Develop engaging marketing content (ads, graphics, short videos, flyers, and promotional materials).
• Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; optimize ads for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
• Maintain and update website content and online business profiles.
• Collaborate with sales and management to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and social media marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools a plus).
• Experience in construction, materials, or industrial services is a plus.
