Position Overview
At Gotham Greens, our Brand and Content Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and brand evolution. You will lead end-to-end content creation across social media, websites, email newsletters, and other editorial platforms while managing influencer and brand partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will connect creative content strategy with performance goals to organically grow our audience and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the editorial content calendar across all social media platforms and support large-scale brand initiatives.
- Lead the monthly editorial process, collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to shape creative campaigns.
- Drive high-quality, engaging content across Gotham Greens’ digital properties, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Write, edit, curate, and publish original social media and editorial content that reflects our brand tone and voice.
- Create, edit, and produce compelling videos and photography for digital channels.
- Manage social giveaways, brand collaborations, and co-promotions.
- Engage and grow the online community by monitoring conversations and responding in real time.
- Define and track key performance metrics, analyze channel performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee content updates on gothamgreens.com and implement performance improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Stay current on SEO best practices, perform keyword research, and support content development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and content development for high-growth brands.
- Proven experience managing major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Exceptional copywriting, photography, and communication skills, with an eye for creating compelling visual stories.
- Proficiency with email newsletter tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools including Mailchimp, WordPress, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with video production and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of SEO and keyword strategies, with the ability to balance best practices with an authentic brand voice.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
