Position Overview

Televerde is a purpose-driven company that has generated more than $65B in pipeline and over $12B in revenue for clients, helping global B2B organizations generate demand and accelerate sales. In this role as a Sales Development Representative, you will drive the client pipeline for our Fortune 500 clients by managing sales campaigns via phone and email, building relationships with C-suite executives, Sales VPs, and territory managers, and contributing to strategic territory planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate sales leads to strengthen outbound activity in line with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to build a robust pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Educate and influence clients by articulating optimal sales solutions.
  • Identify key decision makers, build and maintain relationships, and establish trust with stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery calls, schedule appointments, and prepare detailed call summaries for Account Executives and sales partners.
  • Utilize various software tools for account-based marketing, lead management, and data extraction.
  • Participate in client meetings to review sales forecasts and goals, and overcome sales objections in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outbound calling experience within a business environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
